Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!  I hope every one has had a blessed Christmas and is ready to
get life back to normal!

I still have to post my December Daily pages but I wanted to share with you a layout I
created "Tips for a Better Life in 2013".  I plan on putting this in a shadow box rather than
in an album so I can remind myself to cherish each day!

I used one of the wonderful Cutting cafe files for the glittered 2013 on this layout and I loved the glitter so much I used the same cutting file to make a 2013 card and added one of the printable sentiments. Here are links to the files used.

The Cutting Cafe has a wonderful assortment of cutting files
new files are added almost weekly.

Wishing all of you abundant blessings in 2013!

Christmas Cards 2012

Well, here is the start of my 2012 Christmas cards, late in getting started!  But if I do 4 each day for the next week they will be done.

I am trying to do four or each design.  Here is a photo of the first cards.  Just love those bows!

More tomorrow hopefully.... although I am making a trip to the North Pole with my Grandson!  I know that trip will be filled with Kodak moments begging to be scrapbooked!

Camping memories!

Camping Memories!
Thanksgiving week started with our first family camping trip!
Taking our 2 1/2 year old grandson added to the fun.  Oh to view the world through the eyes of a child, everything is new and exciting!

Overall the trip was a success.  The highlight for him was the giant water tower that was by our campsite and the adults highlight was the wonderful smoked turkey we made.  Hence no turkey on Thanksgiving day, just left over turkey made into potpies this year!  But, a fun change.

Here are a few of the scrapbook layouts I made of the trip.  Just love to document memories while they are fresh in my mind.
