This weeks design team assignment over at "The Cutting Café" was to use one of the adorable purse files they offer, perfect for all those girly girls out there!
I chose to use the Purse Shaped Card and Treat Box file, http://thecuttingcafe.typepad.com/the_cutting_cafe/2013/07/purse-shaped-card-and-treat-box-set-template-cutting-file.html on a layout of my daughter as a little girl playing dress up!
The great thing about scrapbooking is the memories it brings back when we study old photos and think of stories associated with them and as always it seems like yesterday.
Stop on over and view the many great creative files at The Cutting Café and if you haven't tried one, now is the time!

The Thief
This weeks design team assignment over at the "Cutting Café" included using this adorable Vintage boot cutting file. http://thecuttingcafe.typepad.com/the_cutting_cafe/2013/07/vintage-boot-shaped-card-template-cutting-file.html
I cut the boot out of kraft cardstock, sprayed it with water and crumbled it up to give it the look of worn leather.
I used it on a cute little layout of my 3 year old grandson going on the merry go round and taking out a gold token instead of putting one in. Oh the sweet innocence. He had a free ride and one to spare!
Have a great week!
